Life was much more bearable then. It never really left, however. It just went back to the attic. To the day we moved out we never went up in that attic to retrieve any of our belongings.
I'm absolutely sure that there was pure evil in that house, and I worry that if they rebuild on those locations something could manifest of that. I am so glad that I don't have to live there anymore, and I promise myself that I would never let my children live a
