Growing up in Lebanon Ohio was a very strange experience. The first house we lived in was down by Harmon Park on East Street. We lived by a house next to the railroad tracks. The inside and outside of the house at night was very scary. We could always see shadows moving through our house. Things would move for no reason. We have heard strange noises and muffled voice. When I was about 10 years old I remember some older boys telling us that they

worship the devil in that area by the creek, and I always wondered now if that's what caused it.
The worst thing that ever happened to me was one
|
night alone in my room. I went to turn on the light switch, and it burst into flames. At first that wasn't scary until later that evening. There was definitely something breathing in my closet scratching the door, and the light switch was on. I didn't turn it on, and I was so scared I could not open the door to turn it off. I would see shadows. Curtains would blow where there's no wind blowing. It was very frightening.
