I lived in a haunted house on Grandin Road when I was a young girl. Many strange things happened in the short time we were there. My sister and I stayed frightened the entire time. Those of you who have ever felt, heard, or seen something else present know exactly what I mean. I will share my most memorable story, and you just like everyone else can think I'm a freak or weird.
I remember coming home after school one normal afternoon and staring out

the window of the school bus at my house. It appeared to have a fresh coat of paint (same color); it was super bright and shinning that day and completely

different than any other day before. I couldn't take my eyes off the fresh new look of my house as I hiked down the long drive-way.
Of course, upon entering the house, I asked my dad if he had painted the house that day. His reply was ''No, I invited a voodoo lady to come over and to get rid of the damn ghosts. '' I was pretty shocked. I have always believed the ''voodoo lady'' actually did set the ghosts free. After she did, it actually changed
