In my home we have a little girl, an elderly woman, and a middle aged man. They have all three shown themselves, moved things, and scared the living daylights out of us at first. Nowadays they don't scare us.
When my 8 year old sister was around four or five there would be times when we would see the little girl from the corner of our eyes and thinking it was my sister, say something to her and then my sister would come from a different room.

occasion I was washing dishes and asked them to prove they were here... A few minutes went by and nothing, so I go about my business when the mans voice

whispered in my ear ''I'm here! '' at the same time it felt like someone laid their hand on my shoulder...
Needless to say I never asked that again. Many things have happened in this house. But for the most part it is peaceful.

Comment by Kim: I too lived in a house in Martins Ferry with similar experiences. Could this be the same house? We lived in this house for 12 years. We've seen things have had things thrown across the living room, my daughter was 3 years old at the time and always talked to a little girl and saw a man in the basement and on the stairs.
Always had the feeling that there was an older man, young woman, and child. Had work done around the house at one time and the workers would tell us experiences that they had. Where is this house located? Really interested if it's the same house.
