When I was walking home last night. I felt like I was being followed. I actually heard footsteps. I looked back many times, but nothing, no one was there…. Spooky.

At night you can see a man in uniform walking down the old dust roads outside of Millersport. He wears a Union uniform it is said that you can see him on a cold windy winters night. He'll stand there looking at you but then disappears.

Comment by Courtney: Where exactly is this? Like what is the road called? I've lived in Millersport my whole life and I've never seen a man like that.
