Mount Gilead Lake is a very small lake but it does have it's very own ghost. At the widest point right above the dam used to be a small cabin by the creek that was sacrificed when the creek was dammed and the cabin was submerged.
Turns out that the old man who lived in the cabin had murdered a man years before and buried his body behind the cabin, he confessed this on his death bed a few years after the lake was created. Well the dead guy

still haunts the lake he's buried under.
Sometimes you can see him moving around by the edge of the lake.
