In September of 2015 I was driving on E. Columbus Street in Mount Sterling. As I was at the intersection about to make left onto oh 56 I saw an old man in a blue overall with a white bucket in his hand about to cross the road.
I looked at him thinking to myself that he looked strange and out of the place and time. I was waiting for my turn to go, and as two car went I still saw him there waiting to cross. I got there and slow down to let him go first.

looked at me with a smile and vanished. He disappeared right in front of my car. I couldn't believe it. I was so confused. I pulled over and got out of

the car to look for him, but he wasn't there anymore. This was at around 6:30 am on my way to work.
