I live in North Vernon and have seen signs of a presence in the house. The upper window in the bathroom keeps getting unlocked. I can lock this, and within a week or so it's unlocked again. I have found an old blanket has been moved from a bedroom upstairs to a chair downstairs. Both my wife and I have the same night terrors about being crushed in the bedroom, but once we found the blanket was moved back downstairs they went away. It seems that if we close

the window or put away that blanket we somehow anger this spirit, and the night terrors come back.
It is also quite common that we have temp drops
|
in various rooms, upward of 10-15 degrees. All of this could be explained or rationally ignored but is happening more and more over the last 3 years. We are not sure how to find out if it is explainable or if we do have a spirit within the walls.

In 2007-2008 my family and I lived in a house on East Ohio Ave. I saw a black figure standing in front of me at night before bedtime. We talked to our neighbors that had lived in their house for a while.
