There's this big corn field at the southern edge of town. If you go down there at night and wait you will see a semitransparent lady coming out of the field. She gets to about the middle of the road and then vanished into thin air.
You have to look really hard and focus. The whole thing takes just a few seconds and she's gone. Bring snacks and drinks because you might be there a while. Go to the corner of main and 144 and look towards the east.
