One day I was at Niles Mckinely library in Niles, Ohio and I was on the third floor and I was reading on the floor and 3 books on a shelf six feet in front of me fell on the floor. Now I'm a believer in spirits.
But it's business hours figured kids are messing with me in the next rows. Well a week later the library had a speaker for the you are here program come in. He didn't believe. He was talking and talking and he brought out a bell.

He kept on talking and the bell rang. And again. My friend next to me said did you see that, I said the bell is ringing. He said it's the windows, they are open the non believer did. So he brings out a thing called a spirit phonograph.

Which is electrical open circuit. Look it up. But you had to complete it to make the thing on the side go down but with a closed circuit it went ''zzt'' he demonstrated with a quarter. He let it go he walked and walked and talked but I was zoned out on this thing.
And the thing on the side started clicking. I asked it a question, and it was ''do you have a beard?'' one for yes two for no. 2. Then I asked it if you are messing with me... 1. Then I yelled out it's clicking.
He debated until it went haywire. And you just can't fake that too much. Especially for a device that was claimed not to work. And there was a group of friends at the library and this is after hours.
