One time I was at the park at night. It was pitch black but I was with friends so it wasn't bad. I saw red eyes about fifty-five feet away. I was scared and my friend saw what I was looking at. He wanted to check it out so he talked me into going closer. So we go close and then the eyes were big, red, glowing eyes. So he ran and left me so I started moving fast, I ran but when I looked back it was gone. Ever since I never go out at night.

This is only one of my stories;there is a good size woods in the backs of the houses on my Street (including mine). My brother and his friends were making a fort in one of their back yards. My family was going to a party and I needed to get my brother so I went into the woods.
There was a path that lead to a pond and also where my brother was. I called for him but he didn't respond. I went further until I saw a fallen down tree. Then all of the sudden a head with shoulders pops out! (now keep in mind that it was all black with no features but it was on a angle where you most likely couldn't see anything) so I just thought it's my brothers friends so I call out again and he answers.
Then this is the scary thing is (that I just noticed) this thing was completely on it's side which you would not be able to do because it was hovering a few inches off the ground! Just so you know I wasn't that far away for the thing.
