I know for a fact that the house on 17th Street in Portsmouth, Ohio is haunted, and it is not a nice entity either. I lived there for five years with my five kids and my husband. I was never really sure what I believed in before this house, but I know there is an evil presence there. There are also other spirits there, but it seems the evil spirit is more active although my son often saw shadow people. One in particular was a small boy and his dog.

My daughter was born the last year that we lived there, and then he began to see a very tall dark shadow of a man in a hat stand over me while I slept

by the baby's crib. My son claimed to even see it pick up the baby one night.
I put it off as a vivid imagination for a long time, but then others felt and saw things also including myself. I always felt that someone was trying to push me down the steps. I never dared to stand at the top ever, and I didn't let my children either. My children would not sleep upstairs, nor would they go up there by themselves. We heard people walking upstairs. We
