I have saw the ghost on Dueber and Ridge with the people in black standing around her.
Then shortly after I had passed that scene I saw a young girl with black hair running towards them yelling something that I could not clearly hear but it sounded like she was yelling ''Dallas are you serious dude'' but I am not 100 percent sure what she was mumbling.

My friend was driving from Sandyville to East Sparta. She went past a road called Dueber. I think and she saw a lady in all white standing by herself around 11:30 p. M. Then my other friend went past after going to the gas station and she was there with like 5 people around her in black.
