Back in 1974 as typical teenagers there were 4 of us riding around one late rainy night. As we crossed the old cover bridge outside of Lockington we saw an old man with bright red eyes with a dog standing in the ditch dry even though it was raining.
We have all stayed in contact on facebook and talk about this still today 40 years later. Only one of us still live in Ohio ( Springfield ) one in Tenn. And two of us here in Florida. Though I have heard that bridge has burnt down since.

I have lived in Sidney most of my life. And just get creeped out when driving down main or Ohio after dark. I have never had any ghostly encounters in town but have seen and heard many things in the village of Tawawa.
One of the houses has a woman who would wash and dry clothes, mess with the TV stations and turn the lights on and off.
