When I was a small girl my family and I did not have a lot of money, and the home that my father had found for us needed a lot of work. This house sat off of St. Rt. 93 between Glenroy and Coalton Ohio. It was a one story 3bedroom older house. When we began moving in it was always cold and dark. Right in the center of the kitchen floor was a very large hole in the floor which looked like an old well hole but no well. Dad renovated fixed the house pretty descent. Well over periods of that time things would happen doors slam, knocking, voices. When my sister was small she caught the bathroom on fire by tissue and wall heater, why, someone told her to. This was overlooked. A young girl about 12 had been by my brother 2 nights in a row. She came to his room doorway, he threw a shoe and went right through her. The next few nights we all slept in dad and moms room with a bible on each night stand. Not long after across the alley on the same land an old store / gameroom caught fire and burned. My mother got a very bad illness while living there was bed ridden got worse and worse. On a November day my dad took my mom for the day.2days after the fire on the mom got out our home went up in flames also. They say the little girl could be seen roaming the whole area by neighbors. As the story goes the store was an old saloon years ago and the girl had been killed on the property. So any way across the alley we put in a new trailer in which where the store had burned. So I think you know how this story keeps going. This property was so bad it was nothing for 2 or 3 snakes laying in our front yard at a time. My father also got ill he got bladder cancer. There is a lot of evil there. There is a house which sits there now 2 families have lived there and neither one have stayed to finish the new house. I stop every once in a while just to walk on the ground in which I grew up on and was always so frightened.

In the midnight darkness sits a full of life home empty or rented. This is a brick beautified home which sits on a small hill near Wellston Fairgrounds. There is a tunnel under the home which was used to harbor slaves, which is now blocked over.

Renters say they have encountered a few images who cannot be accounted for which have came to them or just seen. Playing tricks and so forth they do. The 2 main spirits seen are an older man in a white suite and a small girl.
I have been in the house it's inviting but the land I cannot say much for. Seems much more than 2 easy going spirits. I think it has more to do with the land itself.
