I used to live in a farm house on Pheasant Run Street in Afton, Iowa. This house was truly haunted by several spirits. It was strange because the only time that I would see or hear them was in the months of October, November, and December. The rest of the year was quiet and normal. At first it was just hearing very clear footsteps of someone walking upstairs when no one else was up there. I was pregnant at the time, and my other three girls were young.

One night I woke up, and standing next to my bed was a little girl who looked exactly like my daughter who was in fourth grade. Only this little girl

was dressed in like Holly Hobbie clothes similar to Little House on the Prairie. She was just standing there facing the wall. I thought it was my daughter, so I said ''what's wrong honey? Do you want to lie down next to me?'' It was still dark out but was early morning. She did not answer me just stood there. I asked again ''what's wrong baby? Do you need help getting ready for school?'' I reached out my arm to pull her near me, but my arm went right through
