My boyfriend's house is built on old grounds with a thick history of demonic rituals and violent murders done by the kkk under and old oak tree that has been taken down and turned into a corn growls. It wasn't until his German foreign exchange student came to visit this summer that the phenomenon began to make stage.
The first night the German was here we were all sitting downstairs in the game room when we heard a rubbing noise followed by a crash

of glass. We jumped from the couch to find my boyfriend's glass display case had dismembered itself from the wall and shattered leaving only a pile of

medals on the floor.
Somehow it had fallen but the hook was still durable in the wall and the thing on the back of the case was still in tact. The next few weeks were ill at ease and I hated being alone in the house. Sensing a hostile unseen presence I decided to get ready to leave for the comfort of my own home which is occupied by a friendly ghost itself.
While my boyfriend and I were talking in my car we heard the corn rustle around us.
