Driving my truck about 2 am I was roughly 10 miles east of Arcadia for a delivery in this city. I've seen what looked like a man crossing the highway wearing black pants a long sleeved white shirt and a black hat.
I slowed down as I wasn't sure what I was seeing yet no one was on the other side. He crossed in front of the truck very quickly way to fast to be humanly possible. I marked the spot with a landmark of a small highway bridge and will
