The American legion in Bloomfield Iowa has had many people seeing shadows or hearing foot steps. Being alone there at night give off very creepy feelings. One girl I know personally was sitting at the bar and had her long hair moved to the side.
Yet no one was there. Others have seen shadows and turn to except to see someone and no one is there. Very creepy place to be alone . Shoes and foot steps.

I worked at the Mutchuler Center one summer and I did hear many odd noises late at night when closing. Sometimes even during the day if no one was around. I heard noises coming from the weight room area and basketball courts, but mostly loud banging and voices coming from the second floor.

It always gave me an eerie feeling to be there alone around closing, so sometimes I would call someone to come chat with me while cleaning up they also heard noises and felt as if someone was with us.

I never believed the story about cry baby bridge until I went coon hunting one night at the creek below Mars Hill Church it was around midnight and I thought I heard a baby crying I didn't think. Much of it until I saw some old bridge pillers and the crying hadn't stopped that's when I thought of cry baby bridge I believe the story now that I have heard it for myself the sighting is about 50 yards down from the new bridge.
