I saw a white ghostly apparition at 404 3rd ave south in 1993. I had months of odd occurrences and was only 5 at the time. I'm pretty sure it was a demon. It manifested as a small child in overalls blue/white and transparent with an evil grin looking left to right then right at me in bed.
It appeared in front of a mirror on the closet door. I still remember this and wish to visit this property again as I'm now 26. This house was definitely negative. Has been vacant for who knows how many years.
