Comment by anonymous: I used to work there too mostly nights. I remember all of that happening and the resident you mentioned! Nights especially had weird noises call lights and alarms going off on the south side of the east hallway.

There was a two story house located at he corner of 15th ave north and north 5th St. It had once been owned by the Disbrow family famous for their lumber holdings. This house was once a nurse's dormitory.

The house had two stories. Later on the house was broken down into apartments. A friend said someone jumped of the widow's walk i.e. a ledge on the roof above the second floor of the house. I visited a friend David who lived on the first floor for awhile.
While talking to him I leaned my arm against the doorjam. Something like a blurry softball (almost like a gag from an old three stooges movie) seemed to dart between my outstretched arm and body. It seemed to go into the nearby room.
Not being a big believer in things supernatural I said to my friend Dave... , what is that? His reply was ''oh that's just the ghost. '' it freaked me out but I did not feel as if I was menaced or was in any danger.
