It's because it used to be an old world war 2 hospital and it had a psych ward and all that other stuff. I've lived in the apartments in the single building. One was the Louis and Clark building, wasn't attached to the main hall way. Here and there you feel something or see a shadow out of your eye in the kitchen, but other than that not a whole lot in my apt.

When I was living on 13th ave south the back of a brick apt. House I had a few things happen to me that were very paranormal . I was going in to brush my teeth and the shower came on full blast. At night I would hear my pots and pans and all sort of noises from the kitchen and living room area .
My daughter was a baby at this time and she wouldn't even be home I was the only one home and her toys would go off in her room not just one toy either, about 4 of them. Then I heard that a teen boy had over dosed on drugs years back in this apt.
I do wonder sometimes if any one else that lives there thinks it's haunted.
