My sister and I thought we were crazy but my dad and aunt said they heard it when they were little too. Around the corner is a big blue house Victorian style and that place gives me the creeps. My sisters friend lived there for a little while and the inside gave me a freaky feeling.

Comment by Dawn: I'd like to know the address to this house! I lived in a house in the 1700 block. We would hear someone walk upstairs and go into one of the bedrooms. Sometimes when I walked down the hall upstairs at night I'd get to the end and would duck cause there would be a shadow of something that I thought I would run into and I knew nothing was there.
One day when I walked through the house to the kitchen I noticed a puddle of water on the dining room floor. I didn't think anything of it just figured my son spilled something. I cleaned it up and as I walked back to the living room there was water pouring down the wall next to the basement door.
I ran upstairs to make sure my son hadn't turned on the bathtub and that it was over flowing. Nope. There was no explanation for it. We only lived in that house for about 6 MO 'til my husband heard the footsteps go in my daughters room and find out no one was there.
He didn't believe me until he heard the ghost himself. My email address is fawn_41 @yahoo.com.
