Back in the eighties I lived with my family down in what was then known as south Clinton. We lived in an apartment building on 13th ave. South and it was haunted. One time I heard a little baby calling for it's mother.
Another time a new years eve rattle thing came rolling down a hallway by itself. There was a lot more, too much to list. Years later the building was torn down.

I live next door to the 'Ashton house' old gothic next door to Joyce mansion. My son was two when we moved in, and his room faces the house. He would point out the window and say ''that's a scary witch house mama.'' I have heard there is a secret room.
