We live in a farmhouse built in the 1800s about 8 miles outside of town in Corning. We see the ghost of a young girl maybe 18 or so in an upstairs bedroom. She is dressed in early 1900s attire. Outside near a tree we see a young man a farmer looking up at the window. We know that within the last twenty years two men have died in the house. A few years later the lady of the house died. We started hearing a woman talking to our parrots. Her voice was odd yet

familiar. We had found her belongings, and I contacted her daughter to pick them up. She said her mother sounded like Elmer Fudd. I believe it is she

that is talking to our parrots.

My wife and I lived in Massena years ago and went to the race track in Corning. One night after the races on Saturday night heading home just after we passed Schaffer's Welding on 148 heading toward Massena, we saw a woman in a white gown running down the shoulder of the road. We slammed on the brakes and turned the car around to see if she needed some help, but there was nobody there. We drove back up the road looking for the woman but never saw her again. As we drove off that night, my wife and I talked about what we had seen. We realized she was floating more than running, and we hadn't seen feet. Has anyone else seen this woman in white? This happened in July of 1994.
