I was in the basement of the St. Francis Xavier church and my friends turned off the lights to scare us, and in the mirror while the lights were turned off my friend Nicole saw her late grandfather and so did I! I cried the whole night! It happened around 11:00 pm, we were in the basement for a girl scout meeting watching a movie.
I will never forget that day.

Back when the orpheum theater was still around there was the old guy that was the usher cranky old guy he lived on southern ave he hung himself in the stairway to the basement some friends of mine lived there in the early 70s, and had many episodes with the ghost of that guy pans would fly out of the cupboards and quite a few other things they moved out after it got too intense.

Me and my friend were walking upstairs to our room when we saw a ghost she was about 12. When we moved out the light was on in our room and we saw a face in our window and then we came back the next day to get the rest of our stuff and the window was broke upstairs and our house was claimed haunted.
