Ever since a boy drowned in the river more than a hundred years ago there have been sightings of him down at the river. The location for this is roughly 200 yards north of the bridge. The best time to see him is in the very early morning hours.
He's playing at the edge of the water. I have never heard of anyone interacting with him in any way. It's always just sightings of his apparition by the water's edge. I think it's very sad that he's been there

for a whole century now and still haven't moved on.
Hopefully someone will read this who can help him pass over to the other side.
