One night while at my buddies apartment on S. Bluff Street. I was standing outside. As I was looking in the house right beside the apartment building, I saw a portrait of a human (ghost) through the walls of the home to see a man running up and down the stairs from first floor to send floor back and forth. I don't know for 100%, but I thought it was an old Viking of some sort.
Also I have heard from another individual that there is definite

noise in the house that takes place. One other individual said to see a face in the house of a ghost or picture of old soul of some sort.
I would

be interested in the history of the house to find some sort of relationship with a spirit that's stuck in the home. It's located south of Koerner Street and on the west side, Bluff side of road.
