Many years ago my old neighbors used to have a house behind Bingham Park in the woods. They have been deceased for many years. I am guessing this haunting is someone other than them but I know people did live in the area in the woods at one time.
They were great people that I hold close to my heart and I sometimes think of them when I pass the Rowan cemetery.

I currently live in Rowan and have lived here for the last 15 years. Do you happen to know where or what part of town the house was located? If so I may be able to get more information on the house or on it's previous/early owners.

Just a about a week or so ago at around 1 am, my boyfriend and I were at the river located at the back of Bingham Park at the end of the walking trails, fishing for catfish. Out of no where, our dog started to bark viciously at something on the other side of the river.
We didn't have a lantern so we couldn't see very well. All we had were flashlights. Then surprisingly, our dog ceased barking and laid down, almost as if by command, then instantly took off and ran back in the direction we had came from.
