My neighbor had told me this story of a man and his children. Four of his children were left in a car by the beach as he went and cheated on his wife. They had died. As they did, the light post beside them got dimmer. The last one died, and the light post went completely out. The father looked over and remembered his children. He was later found in the car with 4 deep gashes one for each child gone.
Since then I was told if you find a lamppost

that's out, stay on the side walk. I was also told if you sit down by a lamppost between sunset and sunrise, you can hear noises and maybe see them. We

tried this and aren't sure exactly what happened, but my nephew swore he saw four white figures.

We saw a cat shaped shadow in our kitchen as we approached it it turned into a large man this whole time not changing the fact it was a shadow but being very mad we saw him then ran down the basement steps and was gone or was it!!.
