I would just like to clarify a few points in your article. This incident happened in February of 1932, and it did not happen in the ''old rotted house'' to the west of the actual farm house on this property. I have done hours and hours of research on this incident you are talking about in this article. I actually live in this farm house that you're speaking of, and the incident did not happen outside. It happened inside the big farm house on this property.

The women (sisters) were shot in the kitchen as well as the children at the bottom of the steps between the living room and kitchen in a small hallway.

For quite a few years I have not heard or seen anything questionable or ghostly in this house. This property has been in my husband's family since 1951.

If you are driving down the Stout black top from the east towards Stout it is the last house on the south side of the road before you get to Stout. The driveway is a good block long and the house sits atop of a hill.
