There is an old house on the east end of town that is supposed to be haunted for as far back as I can remember. I have not seen anything but have noticed that animals will avoid this house. My dog which is very well trained will not walk along the sidewalk of this house at night.
Also there are no squirrel nests in any of the dozen trees on the property. My cousin which controls the electric and water meter claims to have smelt a strong ''sulfur-like'' odor

from the house. I don't know if it's really haunted but it's the most bizzarre house in the area.

I visited this place with my dad, cousin, two siblings, and my grandma about a year ago. My cousin, my two siblings, and I saw the fire but my grandma and dad did not. It wasn't until after I left that we were reading about it and he mentioned people having sightings of this fire. Then once he mentioned it, everyone but my grandma and dad remember seeing it.
I didn't think anything of it because my thought was that they were just hanging out having a fire. Going uphill on the road for sure happened. My dad also looked for reasons as to why this was happening but there wasn't anything.
All I have to say is that we will be back again to see if we notice anything else that happens, and to see if we see the fire again back by the trees.
