I've lived in Waterloo most of my life, and there are two houses I want to talk about. The first was the house I grew up in. It was right off Lafayette Street, and it is no longer there. It was a very old house, but I can't tell you when it was built or anything. My mom talks about feeling watched all the time and have things move that she had just set down somewhere and finding it later in very odd places. I remember being afraid of being there by

myself, but I don't remember any specific activity until I was in college.
My parents let me move into a small efficiency apartment attached to

the house that they rented out when I was a child. In the apartment I had many strange things happen. I would come home everyday to all my cupboards open when I made sure they were closed before leaving. My radio would be changed to a channel I did not like, and my TV would change channels on its own, and the volume would change.
One night I was goofing with some friends on a new cell phone, and we were recording ourselves. When we played it back
