My first night as a resident was the night of the 30th, beginning hours of Halloween 2005. I was with my then girlfriend (born an raised in Anoka) because it's Halloween capitol of the world. Fast forward to mid day we went to pick up a buddy to join in the festivities because you think I was not going to go trick or treating in the Halloween capitol of the world?
