My family and I used to live in an old farm house just outside of Callaway. About 1 mile south of town. I was very young ,about 6 , but I remember some odd things going on in the house and on the grounds.
Objects moving on their own, whispers,a foul odor suddenly appearing, among other things. But the most memorable event was when I was playing in the back yard with my cousins. While the rest of the family was in the house the door to the tool shed

burst open like someone kicked or forced it open.
We walked over to it thinking it was my uncle or someone else. When we got to the door and looked

inside nobody was there. It was a pretty good size shed so we went in and continued to look. But nothing.
my cousin and I tried to tell the grown-ups but to no avail they laughed and told us to go play. Later my uncle investigated the shed himself and learned that the padlock was still in place dangling on the hinge.
He was puzzled because he thought we were ''trying to pull one over on him. '' he quickly thought different because the padlock was still
