My moms boyfriend Ric was renting out a house over by the post office, he was renting the top half of the house. Apparently it had been some sort of funeral home before it was converted into a house; well the upper portion had a very dark feeling to it.

My moms boyfriend who isn't a believer even said he sometimes felt like he was being watched and would see a light figure dart down the stairs. My mom and I however would see a dark figure dart down the stairs.

Also the second half of the apartment would almost seem unavailable, it was very uncomfortable to walk over there. Others too have claimed to see the dark figure.

Comment by Neal: It seems like a peaceful ghost and I think the reason why he sees it white is because he has a ghost power like me and awc and all the rest of them even if I don't know them.
