The Kasson water tower is a really haunted location. There's that balcony structure around the top where you can sometimes see the ghost of this maintenance worker who took care of the tower in its earliest days and died up there after working there for many years.
He loved that tower I guess and that's why he's still there. Next time you're around the tower look up and you might see him.
