I was traveling through the area and stopped at the super 8 motel for the night. The hotel had recently been completely renovated so I was excited to finally stay in a nice hotel for a reasonable price.
First thing I noticed when checking in was that an access panel in the wall had been knocked loose. I thought about changing rooms but the 2nd room they offered me was too close to the pool so I stayed put in the first room.

The next thing I noticed about the room was that the door was extremely difficult to open. The manager said it was for fire regulations (all doors need to shut on their own) but this door was so resistant that it felt like a very strong person was on the other side pushing the door shut as I was trying to open it! It would slam shut and almost take my arm off with it every time I opened it.

The final piece of evidence was that I it appeared as if someone was playing with my cat on the bed. He would run around from corner to corner of the bed as if he was chasing an invisible string.
It was comical to watch and he did this for about an hour. Finally he settled down and when I shut the lights off to go to sleep I noticed fluid shapes surrounding him. It might have been my overactive imagination by this point but I could have sworn there was some other energy in the room.
