I am now a senior in college and have lived in Pine Hall. One day when I was taking a shower the water switched from hot to cold suddenly. I shouted ''marbles stop it I know you are here but please I'm trying to get ready for the day! We can talk later! '' instantly the shower water turned back to hot.
In another instance I heard footsteps above my room. Four years later my friends melanie and Karen* live in the hall. While marbles has not bothered my friends she has dropped book in their rooms as if to say ''I'm still here! '' marbles story has been passed down from Pine Hall resident to resident.

The whole campus has heard of marbles. I am not surprised though considering Morris was once an Indian boarding school and then a agricultural school. *names have been changed.

I stayed only one night with a friend in a rented house near the train tracks. Saw multiple figures behind windows when no one was home. Footsteps heard upstairs when house was vacant. A trip to the historical society confirmed that a number of young children died of influenza in the house some years prior and we were not the first residents to report sightings.
