A few years ago my wife and I were coming back from the cities. The time was around 2 am and we came up a hill about 2 miles north of Outing and on the top of the hill by the side of the road we saw an animal eating on a road kill.
We got closer to it and I slowed down a little. This thing was the most evil creature we ever saw. It was orange with wirey hair and looked to us like a werewolf. It had pure red eyes and it looked right into our window

it was very tall and skinny with a long snout.
To this day we will not drive there. That was at night.
