I work at the nursing home in Spring Grove. And on one of the units we have seen a little girl running around. And on the other unit you can see a woman walking from room to room on the south wing. We've also heard a woman's voice say hey and screaming for help.
Also our charting room call light comes on when there is no call light in there to push.
