Brown's Park is haunted by a hugely fat guy wearing green bib-overalls and a straw cowboy hat. One of his eyes is milky and stares off into space. Sometimes he's eating a cupcake. If he sees you approach he'll wave and start walking towards you but he always disappears before he gets too close.
