This past weekend my girlfriends and I stayed at a resort in Two Harbors and everyone was asleep when two of us heard footsteps upstairs 3 times... There was nobody there. Then right as I was falling asleep I heard whispering near the bedroom door that was closed.
I sat up to see if one of the girls had snuck into my room but the door was closed and I saw for a split second what appeared to be a woman with long dark hair and a white gown.. Thought I was crazy but then found sites that talked about ghost sightings in this town.

I have encountered an experience with a ghost of Split Rock Lighthouse last summer. When we were on our cliff at our camp sight we looked out at the lighthouse and the lights were on. We went down to the lighthouse and there was a weird presence.
We went up to the lighthouse then I heard steps coming down the lighthouse stairs. I ran to the car and the next morning we asked a person that worked at the lighthouse if the lighthouse was supposed to be on last night and she said no.
