In August 2016 at the home on 8th Street SW there was a lady dressed in all black around 11:25 pm. As my girlfriend and I were going home, all the sudden I saw a lady dressed in black came out from the corner house two houses where we used to live. She was dressed all in black like a widow. The lady was only staring at me, not my girlfriend. I asked my girlfriend if she could see the lady come out of the bushes of the corner house. She said ''yes. ''

the lady wouldn't pay attention to my girlfriend. She only was staring at me. We couldn't see her face, but we could see her black dress, just standing

by the side walk staring at me for around seven minutes. I asked my girlfriend why it was just staring at me. She told me she didn't have any idea why only the lady in black was only staring at me, and not her. Then I realized that it wasn't going away.
After my girlfriend got scared and told me she didn't want to see the lady in black anymore because it wouldn't stop staring at me. We quickly ran to the house and didn't talk about it until
