I work at Mercedes Benz of Billings and I have seen a man wearing a black suit staring at me. I believe this to be the last owner of the dealership or way before that. This figure always is there when it's only me.
Whenever I close up the shop and lock everything up the back door is always somehow unlocked when the security gets there or the cars are messed with. The man is always looking with a serious face with arms crossed.

And when I look he vanishes.

I had a friend who rented a place out on 64th and said at night he would hear scratching noises on the wall outside his bedroom and he finally yelled at them to stop but it didn't work. He actually lost a fair deal of sleep to this then I was over there one time and we were all outside and every body heard a door slam inside and you could here what sounded like the garage door open up sometimes.
Very weird.
