I have seen this happen twice the last 2 times I have come home from college. Me and some of my friends were driving on the Acton highway headed towards alkalai creek one Saturday night. Right about mile marker 7 we saw a man standing down in the Barrow ditch off towards the north side of the highway wearing a light blue Jean jacket.
We continued driving for a mile and decided to turn around to make sure we did actually see somone. When we drove past mile 7 there was nobody there but as we continued we saw him again right about mile 6.
We drove past one more time then after that he just vanishes. I also went back again a second time and saw the same thing. Always between mile 6 and mile 7 he is there at 4:00 am and always gone by 4:15 am.

I don't know what it is I saw but I can't explain it.

I know this isn't the worst thing that can happen but I went outside to meet my new neighbors and we got along really well so they invited me over. We were so busy playing games that we didn't even notice what time it was.
We were having a blast when all of a sudden we heard this loud bang!!! On the window and at the exact same time the dog started barking. We all ran upstairs and the friend said she say a mans hand playing with something plastic.
