Hi my name is Brenna I just moved into those same apartments and my boyfriend and daughter live here also and we have been experiencing some of the same weird things you have and then some. I have tried to look up the history and I end up with no results.

Im in Bridger which is the next town over from Fromberg. I believe my apartment complex is haunted. In the middle of the night I hear things and people walking up and down the hallways. Then our neighbors moved in and more activity started to happen.

First it was just me my boyfriend and daughter. Then one more person moved in. It was 4 am one day and all of were smoking cigs outside with the door to the hallway of the complex opened so we can hear the baby if she woke up.
The apartment down the hall had the door opened cause they were remodeling in. No one was there all night. We went to check it out and it was empty windows were closed door unlocked and lights were on.
Well we went back outside. About 10 min later the door slammed shut and we all jumped. We went to check to see if someone walked in be we would have heard footsteps. The door was locked and lights were off when we checked again.
