The coworker was on the phone and she was filling some papers at her desk. When her coworker hung up the phone she asked the lady I was speaking with, ''Who was that man?'' the lady asked what man (she reiterated to me several times they were in a very secure area no one could get in or out without one or both of them knowing during this part of the conversation). The coworker started describing a man in a suit who had walked right past the lady's desk

as if he belonged there.
The lady asked where the man had gone, and her coworker had mentioned it looked like he'd gone to the manager's office. They

checked the office, but no one was there. The lady proceeded to tell me her former coworker would to this day swear a man in a suit walked by this lady and into the manager's office. He was real.

I worked at an old hospitals that is now an assisted living and memory care home. The fifth floor wasn't in use and hadn't been for a while; I was told it used to be the pediatrics ward.
