This happened about 40 years ago but I believe the old house is still there. My cousin and her husband were renting a small one level white house off of one of the main streets in Missoula. It was a few feet down from what looked like a small embankment off the main street with it's own little driveway up to the place.
It was the only house there. At night it was difficult to sleep for many reasons, one was a grandfather clock chimed every 15 minutes. At 3:00 am all of a sudden a man came running through the living room where I was sleeping on a pullout couch.
He was huffing and puffing as though he was out of breath and afraid. He began feeling his way along my body seemingly to find his way to the only bathroom in the house which was off of the living room.
