So about a year ago a friend and I were just hanging out in front of the Conrad Mansion. I had heard numerous things about it but had never experienced anything personally until that night. It was probably about midnight, almost one in the morning, and we looked over at one of the windows on the main floor, and we both saw a woman. She was wearing an 1800s- style nightgown, and it had looked like she was either shuffling through papers trying to find

something or she was doing some bookkeeping.
We watched her for about 20 minutes just shuffling papers back and forth. Then she disappeared momentarily.

As we were sitting there trying to figure out what the heck we just saw, she came back. She didn't go back to shuffling her papers though. Instead, she turned towards us and waved at us, like a friendly gesture that she knew we were watching her, but she appreciated it. I've always been open to ideas of the paranormal, but after that night, my opinions about it have taken a complete 360 degree turn. Still to this day, I get chills up my spine whenever
